Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in using accounting software, including Caseware/Caseview, Quick Books, Simply Accounting, and Sage Accounting Software.

  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, and organized.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience.
