The Role

The Director, Digital Sales Platforms leads the delivery and evolution of platforms that Vancity members and staff use to market, onboard, and originate products. This position requires senior leadership for end-to-end digital sales technology development and integration in an evolving, multi-vendor, financial institution.

The Director manages multiple technology teams and oversees all development and platform integration. As a member of the Digital and Technology Platforms leadership team, this role plays a critical part in delivering transformative change in support of business goals while managing risk and ensuring the overall health of daily banking applications.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to and executes the digital sales platforms multi-year technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Works closely with stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with the enterprise business strategy, objectives, and key results.
  • Leads sales platform design and development, refining platform requirements, and delivering scalable platforms in an agile environment.
