Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective crop management strategies to ensure optimal yields and quality.
  • Supervise and train a team of staff to maintain the health and productivity of the crops.
  • Monitor and control environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, and light levels, to create an optimal growing environment.
  • Order and manage inventory of necessary materials and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality products.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in hydroponics and greenhouse management.
  • College or CEGEP education in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
