StackTeck is a leading provider of high-performance tooling solutions for the injection molding industry. With over five decades of innovation, we supply a wide range of injection molds and IML automation used to produce plastic parts in various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test industrial automation systems, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
  • Support the supply chain and inventory management teams, learning about the different types of components used in designing and building industrial automation equipment.
  • Design and prototype 3D parts using our in-house industrial 3D printer.
  • Operate other fabrication equipment, such as engravers.
  • Use CAD programs like SolidWorks and AutoCAD for detailing, creating assembly drawings, and performing miscellaneous facilities tasks.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering Technology, or related program.
  • Some hands-on experience in assembly and testing of robotics is preferred.
  • Proven mechanical aptitude and skill using hand tools.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and knowledge of wiring and cable routing is beneficial.
  • Some experience using SolidWorks is an asset.
  • Great attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to making a contribution are essential.
