Job Title: B1 Licensed Engineer (AOG) - London

Bombardier's Biggin Hill Service Centre is a leading maintenance and repair facility for business aircraft. As a B1 Licensed Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on Bombardier business jets, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues, using your expertise and experience to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Supervise and train junior technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve our maintenance processes.
Requirements:
  • EASA/CAA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License: B1, B2, and C.
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant aircraft or maintenance experience in any consecutive 2-year period.
  • Experience working on Bombardier business jets, preferably with a focus on Challenger, Global, and Learjet models.
  • Part-147 approved type training on your license, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Engine run qualified, with a preference for candidates who have held this qualification for at least 6 months.
  • Strong knowledge of human factors, human performance, and limitations, as well as EWIS and CDCCL principles.
  • Ability to interpret and work with engineering drawings, as well as effectively communicate in both written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency in using information systems and computer skills.
