The London District Catholic School Board is seeking a dedicated and experienced Principal to lead one of our Catholic elementary schools. As a Principal, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students.
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about Catholic education and has a strong commitment to the values of our school community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in educational leadership, with experience in Catholic education and a strong understanding of the Ontario curriculum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive school improvement plan
- Leading a team of teachers and staff to achieve academic excellence
- Providing guidance and support to students, parents, and staff
- Managing the school budget and resources
- Collaborating with other school leaders and district staff to achieve district goals

Qualifications:
- Ontario School Principal's Certificate - Part 1 completed and Part 2 in progress or completed
- Religious Education or Equivalent (Minimum Requirement)
- Specialist (preferred)
- Part 1 - Special Education or Special Education for Administrators AQ (preferred)
- A Master's Degree (preferred)
- Completion of the Called to Lead Program or in-progress (preferred)
Experience:
- Vice Principal Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years recent teaching experience in the elementary panel
- Recent experience in Catholic leadership at the school and/or system level
