Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager is a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and implement quality objectives and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality and safety standards are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address any quality or safety issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in microbiology, chemistry, food science, engineering, or related technical field.
  • 5-8 years of proven managerial experience in a technical area such as laboratory management, quality management systems, or food process engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience leading/managing a team QA team within a 3-shift manufacturing environment.
  • Experience effectively leading a team and accomplishing goals through others.
  • Detailed understanding of GFSI, SFCR, USDA, and other regulatory requirements, including Export/Import Requirements.
