Job Title: Regional Manager

At Dynacare, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Laboratory and Health Services Centers in multiple locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Healthcare, Science, or Business.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering results, driving growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
