Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Transport Technician to join our team at Cummins Inc. in Kamloops. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing engine repairs and maintenance on our distribution business fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete repairs and rebuilds on engine products in the field
  • Develop productive customer relationships and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer needs
  • Apply documented procedures and policies to complete repairs and schedule maintenance
  • Assist with completion of required documentation, such as work completed documentation and quality forms
  • Complete training in line with skill and business requirements
  • Ensure adherence to all meaningful Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
  • Locally valid driving permit
  • Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
  • Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
