Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. As a Welder II, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds that meet company quality standards.

You will need to lift parts as needed and work at a pace established by production standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lift, assemble and tack joist pieces at the jig
  • Read and interpret shop drawings as required
  • Find the right pieces of metal, position them, line up and secure all pieces according to the design and help set up the jig as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • CWB welding test(s) certification
  • Ability to regularly push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand continuously and hold a welding gun
