Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) mechanic to join our team at ONxpress Operations Inc. As an HVAC mechanic, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems in our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, including ductwork, vents, and thermostats.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment.
  • Work with electrical and plumbing systems to ensure safe and efficient operation of HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification and Red Seal Certificate.
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
