Liquor Store Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Liquor Store Operations Manager to join our team at Superior cold beer & wine spirits. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that we provide an exceptional customer experience while maintaining efficient and profitable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily operations, including managing staff and assigning duties
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate and select products for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Determine staffing requirements and supervise office and volunteer staff
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
