This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring seamless customer service, and managing sales and inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Assign tasks and duties to sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed;
  • Hire, train, and evaluate the performance of new employees;
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain stockroom organization, and coordinate with suppliers;
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters;

Requirements
