About the Role
- Develop and implement market analysis strategies to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance in power markets.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to develop the company's view on commodity and power prices that underpin project business cases.
- Manage external vendor relationships and collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights that inform strategy and operational decisions.
- Lead the Market analysis team; grow as needed to support business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
- A completed Undergraduate Degree in business, economics, finance, or engineering.
- Professional Designation such as CPA, CFA, ERP, P. Eng., etc.; A related graduate degree is also desirable.
- 10-15 years of experience assessing, modelling and reporting on energy markets including North American markets covering both power and gas, European Market experience a plus.
