We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Scientist to join our team at Huawei. As a key member of our AI research team, you will be responsible for guiding the design of next-generation chips, including computing power ratio, memory, cache, and networking, based on the characteristics of future AI workloads for the objectives of throughput, scalability, and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our AI expert team to develop a comprehensive understanding of the latest AI acceleration technologies and their applications in various industries.
- Design and develop an accurate and universal AI performance model based on mainstream AI acceleration technologies to support theoretical analysis and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging hardware designs in the industry, conduct in-depth analysis, and identify key cutting-edge technologies that align with our company's goals.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering.
- At least 5+ years of experience in chip design, with a strong background in AI accelerator/massively parallel computing system design.
- Deep understanding of the basic principles of deep learning, including chip microarchitecture, the latest AI software stack (kernels, compilers, acceleration libraries), and mainstream large model training and inference algorithms.
