Job Summary:

As a key member of our AI research team, you will be responsible for guiding the design of next-generation chips, including computing power ratio, memory, cache, and networking, based on the characteristics of future AI workloads for the objectives of throughput, scalability, and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with our AI expert team to develop a comprehensive understanding of the latest AI acceleration technologies and their applications in various industries.
  2. Design and develop an accurate and universal AI performance model based on mainstream AI acceleration technologies to support theoretical analysis and optimization.
  3. Stay up-to-date with emerging hardware designs in the industry, conduct in-depth analysis, and identify key cutting-edge technologies that align with our company's goals.

Requirements:

  1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering.
  2. At least 5+ years of experience in chip design, with a strong background in AI accelerator/massively parallel computing system design.
  3. Deep understanding of the basic principles of deep learning, including chip microarchitecture, the latest AI software stack (kernels, compilers, acceleration libraries), and mainstream large model training and inference algorithms.
