About the Role

FRESH AGRO PRODUCTS LTD. is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mushroom Farm Worker. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mushroom farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: No formal degree or certification is required, as we provide comprehensive training to our employees.
  • Experience: We welcome candidates with little to no experience, as we are willing to train the right individual.
  • Crop Management: You will be responsible for the cultivation and maintenance of our mushroom crops, ensuring optimal growth and quality.
  • Work Environment: Our farm operates in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions. You must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
  • Weight Handling: You will be required to lift and handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of your duties.
  • Personal Qualities: We value employees who possess strong judgement, reliability, and teamwork skills. You will work closely with our team to achieve our production goals.
  • Work Terms: This is a permanent position, offering a stable and secure work environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Hours of Work: You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
