Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Drill, bore, and dig for water wells, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of projects
  • Install well screens, casings, and other well fixtures, adhering to industry standards and regulations
  • Perform routine maintenance work on water well drilling rigs and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Review client requirements and proposed locations for water wells, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Collect samples of materials for analysis, ensuring accurate and reliable results
  • Record observations and maintain accurate records of drilling operations
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Environment

As a Water Well Driller, you will work outdoors in a variety of environments, including rural and urban areas. You must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Language and Work Term

The primary language of work is English, and the work term is permanent.

Hours of Work

The typical hours of work are 35 to 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
