Job Summary

Alex Case is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable living space.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to prevent clutter and odors.
  • Launder clothing and household linens to maintain cleanliness and freshness.
  • Mend clothing and linens to extend their lifespan.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a comfortable and organized living space.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dependability and initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Work Environment

Alex Case is a non-smoking environment. Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis. This is not a condition of employment.

Work Setting

Work will be performed in the employer's/client's home.
