Department Leader

At RONA, we're looking for an experienced Department Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and customer satisfaction.

As a Department Leader, you'll be responsible for supervising work according to set priorities and company requirements, resolving issues while ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing promotional activities.

Your success will be measured by your ability to develop effective marketing strategies, drive sales growth, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. You'll also have the opportunity to coach and motivate teams, as well as assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility.

We're seeking a candidate with 5 years of experience in personnel management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication skills. You should have experience managing a retail business and be able to determine work schedules while complying with established labor budgets and ensuring customer needs are met.

RONA offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes insurance (certain conditions apply), annual salary review, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
