- Authorize payments and manage the store's finances.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure we have the right products on the shelves.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure we are meeting customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure they are working together effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a standing environment.
