About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and caring Live-in Caregiver to join our loving family. As a valued member of our household, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Job Summary:

  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Develop and implement engaging activities to promote cognitive development and social skills in children
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks that cater to the dietary needs of our family members
  • Establish a daily routine that includes outdoor playtime, rest periods, and quiet time
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding daily activities, progress, and any concerns

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a live-in setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our family

Work Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week, with occasional flexibility to accommodate family needs
  • Non-smoking and scent-free home environment
