About the Role
We are seeking friendly, knowledgeable, and professional individuals to join our pharmacy team as Healthcare Professionals - Eastern Shore Regional Relief Pharmacists. As part of our team, you will be committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality services in assigned territories, demonstrating warmth, empathy, and compassion while acting in the best interest of patients.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing patient counselling and education for new therapy to patients/caregivers, tailoring to their needs and concerns (i.e., literacy, hearing loss, privacy, etc.)
  • Initiating care plans, following up, and completing proper documentation
  • Participating in professional programs and collaborating with colleagues to provide excellence in health & wellness services to all patients
  • Actively engaging in all areas of Fusion to ensure patients experience seamless care and a consistent pharmacy experience across locations
  • Ensuring prescription safety by prioritizing technical functions to Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as required
  • Thoroughly understanding all relevant corporate pharmacy service offerings/programs and providing each customer/patient with the program that meets their healthcare needs

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Must be a Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility
  • Injection and First Aid Certification
  • Kroll software experience is preferred
