We are seeking an experienced Childcare Professional with expertise in Early Childhood Education to join our team at beBee Professionals in Sherbrooke, Canada. As a seasoned ECE, you will play a vital role in the development and education of young children in a nurturing and engaging environment.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 CAD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities that foster a love of learning in young children.
  • Environment Creation: Design and maintain a safe, stimulating, and welcoming classroom environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Regularly observe and assess children's developmental progress, identifying areas of strength and need for support.
  • Parent-Carer Collaboration: Work closely with parents and carers to support each child's learning, share progress updates, and involve them in program planning.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped classroom that reflects the values of beBee Professionals.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognized institution.
  • Valid ECE certification in Canada.
  • Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
