Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' data and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats
  • Develop and implement security management action plans (SMAP) to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with security standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement highly scalable data management systems
  • Analyze and assess cloud data processes and operational procedures to ensure security and compliance
  • Develop security requirements traceability (SRTM) responses and demonstrate compliance with security standards
  • Experience with cloud platform technologies, specifically Azure and AWS
  • Design and implementation of highly scalable data management systems; capacity planning procedures; backup and restore procedures; analytics tools (Big Data and data pipelines); infrastructure for transformation and loading of data; data transformation processes, data structures, metadata etc., security requirements; disaster recovery plans and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must currently hold a valid Government of Canada Security Clearance at the Reliability level
  • Minimum of 10 years of IM/IT experience in a related area
  • Experience with SMAP and Security Assessment Reports (SAR)
  • Experience with cloud platform technologies, specifically Azure and AWS
