As a Cloud PreSales Security Expert at Fortinet, Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving technical sales activity and helping prospective customers understand the benefits of our FortiCNAPP solution. You will be responsible for delivering demos to customers, working hands-on with them to demonstrate FortiCNAPP value in their environments, and recommending security best practices, cloud architectures, and platforms required to implement a complete cloud security solution based on FortiCNAPP.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with the direct sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities, key customer technical objections, and develop technical strategy.
• Support the technical relationship with FortiCNAPP customers and coordinate additional technical resources as needed.
• Develop and deliver technical demos to customers, showcasing FortiCNAPP's value proposition and addressing potential roadblocks.
• Provide expert advice on security best practices, cloud architecture, and platform requirements for implementing a comprehensive cloud security solution based on FortiCNAPP.
• Gather constructive feedback from customers to improve the FortiCNAPP solution through collaboration with product management.

**Requirements:**

• 5+ years of experience serving as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with expertise in presenting and delivering technical demos to executives, architects, and technical staff.
• Strong scripting and DevOps skills, including knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.

**Nice to Have:**

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certifications from Azure or GCP.
• Experience in cloud deployments, particularly regarding security and compliance requirements.
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
• Previous compliance audit experience.
