Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at Queensborough Cannabis Co. Ltd. as a key member of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, discussing merchandise, and answering questions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales: Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
