**About the Role**

We are currently recruiting for a skilled General Maintenance person to join our team at Novotel Toronto Centre. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the property and product exceed our guests' expectations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure all aspects of the hotel's physical environment are well-maintained and presented in an excellent condition.

* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.

* Respond promptly to guest requests and address any issues or concerns they may have.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

**Requirements**

* Technical experience in a recognized trade (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) with a general understanding of building maintenance and operation.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
