Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Animator to join our team at Centre de santé communautaire du Témiskaming. The successful candidate will have a strong background in community development and a passion for promoting health and wellness.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community-based programs and services that promote health and wellness.
  • Work with community partners to identify and address health needs and priorities.
  • Provide education and support to community members on health-related topics.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of health promotion strategies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
  • Group insurance benefits.
  • Pension plan.
  • Permanent work term.
  • Work language: French.
  • 35 hours per week.
