The Chishaayiyuu Life Cycle Service is seeking an Enlarged Role Nurse to join our team. As an Enlarged Role Nurse, you will work in a multidisciplinary approach to provide health and social services for prevention, care, rehabilitation, and support of adults aged 30 and over, as well as individuals of all ages suffering from chronic disease.

• Conduct patient assessments to enable remote diagnosis and determine appropriate interventions
• Carry out actions and interventions typically reserved for doctors in other work environments
• Work in a multidisciplinary approach to provide comprehensive care
• Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of clients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

• Member in good standing of the O.I.I.Q
• Two (2) years of diversified experience as a nurse or One (1) year of experience as a nurse in an emergency room
• Fluent in English; Fluency in Cree or French is an asset
