Job Description

Bulk Buy Wholesale is seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely shipments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

About the Job
  • We are offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments: Work closely with our purchasing and sales teams to ensure efficient inventory management and shipping schedules.
  • Prepare and submit reports: Provide regular updates on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipment status, and any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery: Troubleshoot and maintain our inventory management software and warehouse equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work: Schedule regular maintenance for our warehouse equipment and arrange for repairs as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality: Identify areas for improvement in our warehouse operations and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Recruit and hire staff: Assist in recruiting and hiring new staff members to support our growing warehouse operations.
  • Train workers in duties and policies: Provide training to new staff members on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work: Supervise and coordinate the work of our warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked warehouse.
  • Organize and maintain inventory: Oversee the organization and maintenance of our inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal waste.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures: Develop and implement efficient workflows and schedules to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization: Coordinate the planning, organization, and oversight of our warehouse operations to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
  • Candidate Profile: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Setting: Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and requires attention to detail.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this workplace.
