We are seeking an experienced Custom Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of custom Salesforce solutions and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain features utilizing LWC, Aura Components, and Flow.
- Collaborate with the team to define, design, and implement new features as prioritized, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead technical discussions, providing guidance on best practices and innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
You must have a deep knowledge of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations, with the ability to communicate these clearly to stakeholders. Experience with Salesforce Commerce e-store implementation is also required.
