Maintenance Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Carpenter to join our team at CCBS MAINTENANCE LTD. As a Maintenance Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and other structures.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare layouts and designs for building projects, adhering to building codes and regulations.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial properties, including wooden structures in various industries.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
