Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including training and development.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
