Retail Store Manager

The Pantry is seeking a highly organized and efficient Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
- Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers and office staff.
- Financial Management: Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
- Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask.
