Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless patient experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule Management: Optimize appointment schedules to minimize gaps and maximize productivity.
- Patient Communication: Manage patient calls, inquiries, and correspondence, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and charts, processing referral letters and other correspondence as needed.
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience.
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset.
