Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an ERP Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying ERP solutions to meet customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. ERP Solution Deployment: Design, implement, and configure ERP solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business success.
  3. Project Management: Lead and manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder management, and project deliverables.
  4. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP Business One, NetSuite, and other competitive ERP applications, as well as SQL databases and Business Intelligence tools.
  5. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of ERP solutions.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and technical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
