Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate - Order Fulfillment Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for picking orders, packaging, and stocking shelves in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will also provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing orders with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
