Join Our Team as a Group Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Creative Director to lead our team of creatives and drive innovative solutions for our clients.

About the Role:

  • Lead large teams to creative excellence, account growth, project delivery, and talent development.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that meet client expectations and drive business results.
  • Partner with other disciplines to arrive at great insights and build amazing digital solutions.
  • Effectively communicate creative ideas and strategies to all project stakeholders.
  • Pitch to high-profile senior clients with an understanding of their motivations and objectives.
  • Oversee the execution process to ensure creative excellence.
  • Set and meet expectations for deliverables, estimations, and project plans.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards across all creative disciplines.
  • Develop, monitor, and modify creative department staffing strategies and plans.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience as a creative director or creative lead in an agency environment.
  • Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices, styles, and formats.
  • A love for digital, including social, web, the metaverse, AI, and gaming.
  • Proven aptitude for quick, creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle demand.
