As a Community Banker with CIBC, you will work in a fast-paced Banking Center environment, utilizing your knowledge of financial services products to support clients with their day-to-day banking needs.
Your primary role will be to provide excellent customer service, address client inquiries, and proactively connect clients with the appropriate team members to help them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their objectives.
- Problem Solving: Utilize effective communication skills to resolve client issues, taking ownership and collaborating with colleagues when necessary.
- Leveraging Technology: Stay up-to-date with digital banking platforms and educate clients on how to effectively utilize these tools to manage their finances.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a defined benefit pension plan, employee stock purchase plan, and professional development opportunities.
