We are seeking a highly qualified Mathematics Instructor to fill a Long-Term Substitute position at St. Maximillian Kolbe CHS. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics courses to students in grades 9-12.
Key Responsibilities- Teach Mathematics courses, including MAT1L, MCF3M, MCR 3U, and MCR 3UY
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
- Must have a valid Ontario teaching certification
- Must have experience teaching Mathematics courses to students in grades 9-12
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
