Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at YuWON Distribution. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of driver hours, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in transportation or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and laws.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
