Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of workers and overseeing projects related to repair and maintenance of equipment. They will also be expected to prepare reports, recommend measures to improve productivity, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities
  • Supervision: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving goals.
  • Project Management: They will be responsible for coordinating activities, estimating costs, and requisitioning materials and equipment as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Our ideal candidate will prioritize the well-being of their team members and ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with established health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • A college diploma or certificate in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of CADD software and other computer systems
