We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Baba Ram Singh Ji Renovations. As a key member of our crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our renovation projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent physical stamina, as this position involves frequent heavy lifting, bending, and working at heights. You will be responsible for assisting our experienced construction teams with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, mixing and pouring concrete, and performing routine maintenance work.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading construction materials from trucks and equipment
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Performing routine maintenance work on tools and equipment
  • Removing rubble and other debris from construction sites
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and working at heights. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform tasks that require physical stamina.
