About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Circle K. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and exterior areas.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or food service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
