About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Development Coach to join our team at Kapow Sports And Entertainment Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions for athletes or teams
  • Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games
  • Participate in coaching clinic instruction and analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to stand for extended periods
  • Dependability, organized, reliability, and team player
