Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Professional to join our team. As an Interior Design Professional, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Project Manager to execute creative and concept-driven interior design projects. Your expertise will be essential in handling projects from start to finish, preparing renderings and presentation materials, and sourcing materials and finishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Project Manager to execute interior design projects
  • Handle projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Prepare detailed construction drawing packages and presentation materials
  • Source materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture to meet client requirements
  • Assist with project coordination and contract administration
Requirements
  • University Degree or Diploma in Interior Design
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design
  • Proven ability to balance design creativity with client requirements
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent understanding of current building codes, building construction, details, and building science
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting project timelines
  • Strong conceptual, graphic, and design skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Critical thinking, effective problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Team player, adaptable, and positive attitude towards learning
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Institutional experience in the healthcare, justice, research, and sport facility areas of practice
