National Veterinary Associates offers a unique opportunity for final-year veterinary technician students to gain real-world experience in a dynamic environment. Our VT Practicum Program is designed to help students develop their clinical skills in areas such as patient care, laboratory procedures, anesthesia, surgical assistance, and radiology.

Students will work closely with experienced veterinarians and RVTs to enhance their communication skills with medical teams and clients. This practical experience will prepare them for a successful career as an RVT. The practicum can be tailored to fit the student's schedule and career goals, ranging from two to eight weeks.

To support our students, we provide a stipend to help with travel expenses, enabling them to focus on learning without financial concerns. At NVA Canada, diversity and inclusion are integral to our daily operations. We aim to create an open and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.
