- Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Leadership and Support
- Manage kitchen operations, making decisions that align with our organization's values and mission.
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for staff, promoting their growth and development.
- Support staff with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities, fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position, 40 hours per week.
- Language of work: English.
