Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and prioritize orders and instructions received from customers
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize logistics operations
  • Organize and coordinate tasks to achieve work objectives
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the movement of supplies and materials
  • Plan and organize operational logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
  • Track and complete work orders, and monitor production progress
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and provide customer service
  • Monitor and maintain progress reports, and prepare and submit reports as required
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
