JMJ Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of cleaning staff to meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties as needed.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Supervision:

The successful candidate will supervise a team of 3-4 cleaning staff.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
  • Work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
Personal Suitability:
  • Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. English is the primary language of communication.
